Making sure your code does not regress, keeping track of your technical debt, and providing constant feedback to the developers. The next step is continuous deployment, which we have at IndexMedia. Our system is constantly being enhanced, run through a protocol of stringent testing and deployed to production. New features through our development methodology can be available to customers on a frequent production schedule of minutes, not weeks or months. IndexMedia is Agile.
